General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the betjed website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). betjed is an online sports betting and casino gaming platform operated for the Bangladesh market. All services are provided in English.

By accessing the Platform — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all registered players, guest browsers, and any person who interacts with the betjed Platform in any capacity.

Modifications to These Terms

betjed reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betjed will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English-language version shall take precedence in all respects.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

To be eligible to use the betjed Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident or current visitor of Bangladesh and are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted under the laws applicable to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or family member of a betjed employee or contractor.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from betjed or had an account closed by betjed for breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Age Verification

betjed verifies the age of all players as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process before real-money deposits and withdrawals are enabled. Acceptable age verification documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a valid driving licence showing date of birth. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age at any point, their account will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment source. betjed cooperates with relevant authorities in cases of underage gambling detection.

Account Registration & KYC

To access the full range of betjed services — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a betjed account. Registration is free of charge.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one betjed account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been opened in your name without your knowledge, contact betjed support immediately at [email protected].

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and email address. betjed reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of account information.

KYC Verification Process

Before your first withdrawal — and in some cases before your first deposit above a threshold amount — betjed will require you to complete KYC verification. You will be asked to submit:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your Bangladesh NID, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your name and residential address in Bangladesh, issued within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used to make deposits, to confirm it is registered in your name.

betjed will review KYC submissions within 24–72 hours under normal circumstances. During peak periods, review may take up to 5 business days. Until KYC is approved, withdrawal requests will be held pending verification.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betjed account password and login credentials. betjed strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP to protect your account. You must notify betjed immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. betjed shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

betjed supports a range of Bangladesh-native payment methods to ensure fast, convenient, and familiar transactions for all registered players. All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Supported Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: subject to the limits of your chosen payment method and your betjed account tier
• Deposits are credited to your betjed wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within seconds for mobile banking methods
• betjed does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to source

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours for verified accounts under normal operating conditions
• Withdrawals are paid back to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit wherever possible
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed
• betjed reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000
• Withdrawals of active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will not be processed until the requirement is satisfied

Transaction Currency

All transactions on betjed are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to represent Bangladeshi Taka amounts. Western Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3) are used for all monetary values displayed on the Platform.

Betting Rules & Casino Game Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on the betjed Platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these rules.

Sports Betting

• All bets are placed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Minimum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to the settled bet.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief delay to prevent exploitation of data feed latency. betjed reserves the right to void any bet placed after an in-play event outcome has been determined.
• Cricket betting covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral international series involving Bangladesh. Market availability varies by event.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or deemed void, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and market, which are detailed on the relevant betting page.
• betjed reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by corrupt activity, match-fixing, or other circumstances that materially compromise the integrity of the outcome.

Casino & Slot Games

• All casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed on the individual game information pages.
• Live casino tables are operated by accredited studios and streamed in real time. The rules of each table game (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar) are displayed within the game interface.
• betjed does not manipulate game outcomes. All outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified RNG or by live dealer action.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error during a game session, betjed reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the player's betjed wallet.

Bet Settlement

Winning bets are settled to your betjed wallet balance promptly after the relevant event concludes or the game round ends. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with betjed support within 72 hours of settlement. betjed's settlement decision is final after the dispute window has closed.

Bonuses & Promotions

betjed offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's offer page.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your betjed account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳20,000 in eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering. Live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering. The contribution rates for each game category are detailed in the applicable promotion's terms.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and associated free spins are subject to an expiry period from the date of credit. If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms and are typically between 7 and 30 days.

Bonus Abuse

betjed actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; staking patterns designed to exploit bonus terms; collusion between accounts; and use of automated tools to place bonus-qualifying bets. Where bonus abuse is detected, betjed reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and close the account.

Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated by a bonus is capped at 10x the value of the original bonus amount. Winnings above this cap are forfeited upon withdrawal request.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the betjed Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering more than one betjed account for any purpose
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Making deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment instruments
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity designed to disguise the origin of funds
• Colluding with other players in casino games to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software — you must report any discovered vulnerability to betjed immediately
• Engaging in match-fixing or any conduct that compromises the integrity of a sporting event
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betjed staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to circumvent betjed's responsible gaming tools including self-exclusion

Your Obligations to betjed

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the betjed Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. betjed makes no representation that accessing the Platform is legal in every jurisdiction. If online betting is restricted or prohibited in your specific location within Bangladesh, you access the Platform at your own risk and legal responsibility.

Account Suspension & Closure

betjed reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where betjed has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC
• Fraudulent or criminal activity has been associated with the account
• The player is under 18 years of age
• Account activity poses a risk of money laundering or other financial crime
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm to the player (e.g., compulsive gambling indicators)

Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your betjed account at any time by contacting betjed support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, betjed will confirm your identity and ensure any pending wagers are settled and any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) is returned to your registered payment method.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to exclude yourself from the betjed Platform for responsible gaming reasons, betjed offers a self-exclusion option that permanently closes your account without the option to reopen it. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and without question. Once self-excluded, betjed will not send you marketing communications. Effect of Closure on Balances

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, betjed reserves the right to void and forfeit any remaining account balance, including both deposited funds and bonus funds, where the closure is the direct result of fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or other material breaches. Where closure is initiated for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5–10 business days.
